My recipe is below: Cinnamon rolls: BLOOM: -2 tablespoons yeast -1/4 cup sugar -1 1/3 cup warm milk Leave for 10 mins til frothy and risen DOUGH: - 3 1/4 cups flour -2 eggs -1/4 cup veg oil - Yeast mix FILLING: - 1 cup brown sugar -1/2 cup melted butter -2 tablespoons cinnamon powder >Knead dough for 10-15 mins til bounces back once poked. > Let dough rise for 1 hour then roll out and spread the filling > Cut individually then rise for another 20 mins then bake til golden on 170 degrees Celcius #tiktoknigeria🇳🇬 #naijatiktok #naijatiktok🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬 #naijabakers #cinnamonrollrecipe
