Making jollof rice for the first time and I can say I was really impressed. Whoever came up with this dish first between Nigeria and Ghana you really deserve your flowers. Here I made a few tweaks though like not adding the scotch bonnet pepper because some of the guys who were eating do not tolerate spice like that. Then on seasoning I used what I enjoy so you better do that as well. And for a full detailed recipe, I’d recommend you go on the page named kikiefoodie because that’s where I got my inspiration from
