You don’t need a 60 minute mobility session to make progress. What matters more is consistency and actively moving through ranges you want to improve. If you only have 10 minutes, try this: ✨Cossack Squats: train your hips, adductors and ankles in a deeper range ✨Cat Cows: warm up and move through your spine ✨Jefferson Curls: challenge your hamstrings and spinal mobility under control ✨Hip CARs: build active control around the hip joint The goal isn’t to force a bigger range. Move slowly, breathe, and work within a range you can actually control. 10 minutes done consistently is better than one long mobility session per week. Save this for your next mobility session 🫶🏽
