we joined a street food tour and a lot of the dishes we’ve tried already at a different local joint, so here’s our comparisons heh starting off with banh my mama which have hella reviews and we heard from other ppl, we waited unnecessarily long bc they were NOT acknowledging us and taking our order but it’s ok we got there eventually. because of that i was lowkey a hater but the banh mi was actually pretty nice. when compared to the other local joint, we liked banh my mama better 😭 we also had their summer pho, and tbh i liked this one better because they added pickled vegetables which boosted the freshness of the pho!! the one from the michelin guide place was a bit more bland and lastly mango sticky rice (i didn’t take photos, we devoured it), the one from the popular store (che 93 ???) was better imo BUT we defs preferred it with the coconut ice cream hehe 🥥 #hanoistreetfood #vietnam #wheretoeat #hanoifood #oldquarterhanoi
