Hi fam, boy has it been a week! Papa brought me to the hospital on Monday as I wasn’t feeling good. I had some stones that we were trying to get rid of over the past month. Well Monday they became an issue. Headed to University of Florida Animal Hospital. Upset my breathing wasn’t good so they had to hold off on surgery until my oxygen was ok. So finally Wednesday I was ready… well let me tell you, I was not ready. The surgeon found all kinds of things going on. Sooooo she went to WORK! She removed the stones, some nodules and blot clots. She took a piece of liver that was darkened to send out for testing. Guys….she clipped my bits!!!! 😵💫😵💫😵💫 she took out my tonsils. Widened my nose, removed scar tissue from my throat, pinned back my uppergladas (whatever that is) and shortened my soft palate again. I feel like FrankenGids!!! So after ALL of that I had to stay a bit longer in the hospital for recovery. Papa came to pick me up yesterday!! Best feeling ever. ❤️❤️❤️🩹❤️🩹. I think I saw him hand over part of his “arm and leg” when he had to pay the bill…. Also I think I gave my papa and mommy some more grey hairs …. lol. So now I’m on the mend… tons of meds, care and of course getting spoiled. My breathing has been good and I am hungryyyyy! So keep me in your Pawsitve thoughs ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹 Love Gids 🐶🐶🐶
